We are looking for a  creative HR Manager to promote our values and shape a positive culture in our company.

The job of HR Manager is important to business success. People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives.

Here are some things that we really need, to have a good start: 

  • Good understanding and experience related to HR practices
  • Receive job descriptions from different department managers and start the recruiting
  • process involving the stakeholders and mediating successful meetings.
  • Create a professional profile for each employee and keep track of their evolution.
  • Work with dept. managers to create and maintain a career path for each employee.
  • Schedule and conduct periodical evaluation for each employee.
  • Constantly report and provide feedback to managers in order to improve the work
  • relationships inside teams.
  • Involvement in resource management between teams, etc.
  • Sustain exit interviews for leaving employees.
  • Establish and implement HR processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills 
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • All other HR-related activities.
